YinLife Yoga

Meeting your body’s poetry, one breath at a time.

YinLife Yoga is an embodied, intelligent practice shaped by fascia, breath, anatomy, and ancient yogic science. Influenced by my roots in Hatha and Yin, the practice is slow, steady, and deeply attentive, a way of honouring your unique structure, your rhythm, and the season of life you are in.
This is not yoga for performance. It is yoga for remembering a quieter way of listening to the intelligence your body has been holding all along.
Through carefully curated classes, masterclasses, and workshops, you are invited to move with presence, soften into awareness, and return to yourself through the body

Classes

Private yoga sessions are shaped by the influences of Yin and Hatha, guided by fascia, breath, anatomy, and the natural rhythm of your body. Each practice is created uniquely for you, meeting you in the season you are in. These sessions offer a simple, steady way to reconnect with yourself through the body, gently, honestly, and in your own timing. In Person or Online.

Masterclasses

Seasonal, themed explorations shaped by the influences of Yin and Hatha. Each 90 min masterclass weaves fascia, philosophy, breath, and the subtle body into a space where you can go deeper into your patterns, your inner landscape, and your lived experience. These sessions are where science meets something more intuitive, and understanding becomes embodied.

I can also be invited into your studio or community to create a bespoke workshop or masterclass for your students. Please refer to my schedule below for current offerings.
