About me
Here to meet you, softly, where you are
My path began almost thirty years ago in the heat and discipline of Bikram Yoga, where I first learned how the body speaks long before the mind understands. Over time, that doorway opened into Yin Yoga, where stillness, anatomy, and the quiet depths of the inner landscape became my most faithful teachers.
I have travelled and taught across the world, sharing practice with people in many cultures and seasons of life. Their bodies, their stories, and their willingness to meet themselves have shaped me more deeply than any training ever could. My students continue to refine me, soften me, and show me what is possible.
Through years of watching myself and others move, breathe, soften, and unfold, my work naturally expanded. What began as a strong physical practice grew into an integration of ancient sciences and modern understanding. Yoga, Ayurveda, somatics, fascia research, and the philosophies that help us live well in our bodies and in our lives all found their way into my teaching.
Today, my work is a weaving of everything I have lived, studied, and witnessed. I create masterclasses, retreats, and spaces of remembrance that honour the whole person — body, mind, and lifestyle. I guide people with open arms, meeting them where they are and walking with them as they return to themselves.
My life and my work are shaped by practice, presence, and becoming, shared with softness, clarity, and truth.
With Love,
Tessa
