• Studio Classes must be cancelled with at least 24 hours notice online or contacting 07557418228

• Online Classes must be cancelled with at least 12 hours notice online or contacting 07557418228

• Courses/ Workshops must be cancelled with at least 72 hours notice online or contacting 07557418228 before the start of the course
  No refunds or cancellations are permitted once course has started

• Private yoga classes (appointments) must be cancelled by phone with at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment

• Workshops must be cancelled with at least 72 hours notice by contacting 07557418228

• Retreats must be cancelled in accordance with the cancellation policy for that specific event

• Cancellations made by any other means are not valid

• Valid cancellations result in a credit being added to your account

• Cancellations that do not meet the cancellation requirements will not be refunded

• If a member continually ‘late cancels’ i.e. cancels a class with less notice than stipulated in the cancellation policy, we reserve the right to remove the member from future classes.

• Cancellations made with less than 12 hours' notice will be charged in full. If you are unable to make a booked class, you must cancel or reschedule online or using the app.

• If Tessa Rohrig cancels a class/workshops/ retreat we will credit your account with a class, but no refund will be given.
