Service Description

Yin Yoga is a gentle and contemplative style of yoga that focuses on deep stretching and prolonged poses. In a Yin Yoga practice, participants hold passive poses for an extended period, typically ranging from 2 to 5 minutes or even longer. These poses primarily target the body's connective tissues, such as ligaments, tendons, and fascia, rather than the more superficial muscles. Yin Yoga is characterized by its meditative and introspective approach, as it encourages practitioners to surrender into the postures and explore their physical and emotional sensations. It's a practice that emphasizes stillness, patience, and breath awareness, promoting relaxation and stress reduction. Over time, Yin Yoga can enhance flexibility, improve joint mobility, and stimulate energy flow throughout the body's meridian channels.

Cancellation Policy

Online Classes must be cancelled with at least 12 hours notice online or contacting 07557418228 Cancellations made by any other means are not valid, Valid cancellations result in a credit being added to your account. Cancellations that do not meet the cancellation requirements will not be refunded. If a member continually ‘late cancels’ i.e. cancels a class with less notice than stipulated in the cancellation policy, we reserve the right to remove the member from future classes. Cancellations made with less than 12 hours' notice will be charged in full. If you are unable to make a booked class, you must cancel or reschedule online or using the app. If Tessa Rohrig cancels a class/workshops/ retreat we will credit your account with a class, but no refund will be given.
